Andy Ardila

Andy began his career in real estate right after University with several key sales and management roles with Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels. He has played a key role in overseeing branded residential developments such as Fairmont at Mayakoba (Riviera Maya), Rosewood at Mayakoba (Riviera Maya), One&Only Mandarina (Riviera Nayarit), Hacienda Residences (Cabo San Lucas), Six Senses (Costa Rica) Mandarin Oriental Residences (Las Vegas), Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo (Costa Rica), Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square (San Francisco), and Ritz Carlton Residences (Lake Tahoe).

Andy/ACT is currently overseeing the Sales and Marketing of a brand new 144 unit townhome development, Hillcrest Residences, in Watsonville CA. The first phase of homes were released for sale in December of 2024.

Additionally, Andy is also serving as the head of Sales and Marketing for Union House, a 41 unit luxury condo complex in Pacific Heights.

As of January, 2025 Andy/ACT was honored to be selected by the Waldorf Astoria Puta Cacique Resort in Costa Rica (scheduled to open in May of 2025) to oversee the Sales and Marketing of the hotel’s branded residences, consisting of 96 luxury condominiums and 22 ultra-luxury estate homes.

Andy grew up in Toronto, Canada, and earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in hospitality and tourism management at Ryerson University in Toronto. He has proven himself an industry expert with a reputation for devising sales strategies that maximize leads and drive sales absorption.

An avid traveler, Andy credits his adventures around the world with giving him the courage and enthusiasm to take his professional endeavors to the next level. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his 10 year old daughter as a single dad, cooking, traveling and entertaining at his home in San Francisco.
