Jamie St. John is a dedicated real estate salesperson, with a focus on residential developments. Jamie began his sales career in Washington, D.C., gaining extensive experience in working with new construction, multifamily buildings, as well as with assisting many first-time homebuyers. His tenure in D.C. provided a solid foundation for navigating complex transactions and understanding the unique needs of diverse clients.
In February 2025, Jamie joined the ACT Team as co-sales director of Hillcrest Residences, a newly constructed 144 unit Townhome development in Watsonville CA.
