Noe Valley embodies the spirit of San Francisco. A highly sought-after neighborhood, it was once home to the working class, but has since become gentrified and is now considered one of the most desirable (and expensive) places to live in the city. It is a walkable community, known for its stroller pushers, dog walkers and joggers that can be found in abundance on 24th street – the main shopping area of town. This family-friendly part of the city enjoys some of San Francisco’s sunniest weather, thanks to surrounding hills that act as a natural barrier to fog. Instead of chain stores, you will find a delightful mix of boutiques, upscale cafes and coffee shops, markets, toy stores and barber shops. Noe Valley is close to the city with easy access to Downtown and the Financial District via Muni and BART. The majority of residences are in the high tech business, and prefer Noe Valley over other areas of the city due to its easy access to the 101 & 280 freeways – main routes to the peninsula/Silicon Valley.
